ATTORNEY:
Attorney James E. Smith, a licensed Nevada attorney (Bar #052) based in Las Vegas, Nevada, has been representing clients like you since 1985. We treat you, and your Nevada annulment case, with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. As a member of the Nevada State Bar it's required of him so you know that it's more than just words on a webpage; you can actually count on it. Conexa, LLC provides you with actual licensed attorney representation - not just typing of documents by a business that offers so-called "attorney supervision". Supervision is not representation. You're still just representing yourself in court. And WE file your annulment at court - not you. All you do is sign!

| HOW TO START A Reno annulment |
|
| |
a: Complete and submit this secure Nevada Annulment Questionnaire (safe server - same technology used by your bank's online account access).
And just so you know, a Reno annulment is the same as a Las Vegas or Nevada annulment. All these terms are used interchangably and essentially mean the same thing; in the end, you have a final Decree of Annulment. We file in the most appropriate jurisdiction for your Nevada annulment case.
B: The ready-to-sign documents will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
C: Print the documents, take them to a notary to sign them. You send the documents to our Reno office.
D: Once we receive the documents back from you and signed and notarized, your annulment will be filed at court and processed through the appropriate Nevada Family Court System.
It generally takes one to three weeks for a Reno annulment to be processed and granted by the judge (when both parties sign). If only one party signs the annulment documents, and provided the Defendant does not contest the annulment, your annulment will be granted in about 12-16 weeks. The exact length of time depends on whether the Defendant can be served personally or must be served by publication, and also the pace at which your judge processes, and decides on, annulments.
after your annulment is granted:
We e-mail the final Decree of Annulment to you as soon as it becomes available to us.
