***Attorney James E. Smith does not take on Nevada annulment cases that he believes have little chance of being granted based on his more than 25 years of experience. If he does agree to handle your annulment case, it's because he feels at least 99% certain that it will be granted based on past cases he has handled on behalf of clients over the past 26 years. And if for some reason, this turns out to be wrong, a courtesy refund of your payment to Conexa, LLC, for services will be given back to you provided you have proviced us with all that the court requested and you have done all that was required of you to process your case. Court filing fees, court costs, process server fees, publication fees, translator fees and any other provider fees expended by us on your behalf are never refundable by any company.
