STEP 1 :

STEP 2:
Complete your secure Las Vegas Annulment Form Here (safe server). The ready-to-sign documents will be emailed to you no later than 24 hours after receiving the form, including weekends (excluding certain holidays).
STEP 3:
Once we receive your annulment of marriage documents back from you and signed and notarized, your annulment will be filed and processed through the appropriate Nevada Family Court System.
Your Las Vegas annulment is granted on average one to three weeks later (when both parties sign). If only one party signs the annulment documents, and provided the Defendant does not contest the annulment (such as contesting the reasons for annulment given in the Complaint), your Nevada annulment will be granted in about 12-16 weeks. The exact length of time depends on whether the Defendant can be served personally or must be served by publication, and also the pace at which your judge processes Nevada marriage annulments.
